Consideration of multiple intelligences is crucial - It is important to take those considerations and design effective teaching plans. 

Generational learning needs to be considered in the classroom. It was beneficial to speak through stages of development. 

It was interesting to learn of testing strategies and the best way to use them. 

I appreciated the sections speaking to active learning and ethics. The HBS videos were especially insightful - the case study video resonated as the professor spoke to knowledge being applied by a student later in life and remembered from class. 

This module gave excellent examples on how to use questioning techniques to drive discussion and help students capture knowledge. The HBS videos were especially insightful. 

Is it important to remember that students have different learning styles and as instructors we should use different methods of presenting info to accommodate. I also liked the HBS video speaking to participation and how terrifying it can be - it is important to create a supportive climate and be empathetic and encouraging.

It is important to be overly prepared and to use variation the classroom as there are different learning styles. It is crucial to keep students engaged in material.

I learned that is important to foster communication and bring a sense of community and caring. Students should feel comfortable by gaining knowledge of course info, requirements, and expectations. 

Preparation and communication are crucial. Appreciated the HBR video - it is important to connect with the students and earn their trust. 

"Love the subject and Love them"  - very impactful.
