I learned that Motivational Engagement must be efficient and effective to benefit the students most. When students understand the why, things need to be done, for example, and the benefits they will receive by following through, they may build excitement in participating. Ensure you are communicating with each student daily. Encourage the students to participate in the course discussions. Most students on-line with communicate with you by e-mail. 

Participation and encouragement is important in all on-line courses. 

I learned the importance of introducing yourself and providing your experience and education with the students to build rapport with them. 

I learned that although the material being delivered is the same, the method of delivery can and will vary per instructor delivering it. 

Hello, I am not a new instructor but I still find the need to continue learning how to create different ways to deliver the course content, to keep learning fun for all students. It is great to see them asking questions and eager to know what will be learned the next day.
