Engaging students in the learning process is crucial to maintaining their interest. Teachers should be available to guide students throughout their journey.

We need to stay opened minded to students who will lack in technology skills. We also need to be able to help them be engaged in class. 

Keep students engaged in learning by making sure there are online meetings even when we dont meet in person. 

There are several tools that now a days we as instructers have for our students to teach in online enviorment 

Online teaching has its disadvantages as well as advantages. Online teaching would not be my greatest skill so I need to work on finding ways to better myself

It is important to know your students. This will help you in finding a suitable teaching method for all of them to understand. 

Students are watching everything you do, teach them right from the start. 

Teaching can be fun, learn how to make it enjoyable which will keep your students interested in learning. Encourage your students, be the cheerleader they need and celebrate their achievements. Keep the classroom engaged and in order, have rules that are there for every student, while at the same time listen and be there for them. We all can learn something from someone, we just need to listen.
