The parts of the module that I found most interesting were the impact in social media and the resources provided to stay current with the information needed to perform our jobs. 

I learned about the need to include information in our institutions' documentation required by the state's rules and regulations. It is important to learn which requirements are established by law and which ones are at university level. 

I learned a lot about how important the information and language used for promotions are. Also, the details we should provide prospective students in relation to refunds, transfer of credits, and other disclosures.

The module reinforces the importance of ethical conduct for the benefit of the students, us, and the organization we represent.

I will make sure to get updated information regularly to make sure our policies and procedures are in accordance with the CIE and the state of Florida rules and regulations.

From this module I learned the importance of having the correct information. Florida rules, policies, licensing, accreditation, programs, etc. Keeping current information, it is crucial to maintaining compliance while we provide prospects students transparent and accurate information.

I aim to maintain accurate and up to date information to assist me in the performance of my duties.  

I learned about the importance of following the established rules when advertising and promoting the institution and its programs. 

From this module, I have learned about the statutes, rules and regulations of the state of Florida. Also, I have learned of the importance of the paperwork during the admissions process following the established admissions requirements.

I will use this information as a reminder to have updated internal and external information to assure compliance.  

I have learned of the importance of using the correct terminology, maintaining an updated information notebook or log, and develop the skills to determine if a prospective student is a fit to our institutions. Also, to learn as much as possible about your organization to provide prospect students accurate information.
