The rubrics are a guide so that there is clarity when evaluating and reaching agreements with the students. When they are not established, there is subjectivity in the teacher's evaluation.

The objective and subjective evaluation allow having a more complete vision of the training process.

One of the most important aspects of the diagnostic evaluation is to be able to establish the starting point of the students and thus contribute to increase their knowledge.

Tools for evaluation that facilitate this process in students are of great importance.

In this module I learned the importance of managing relationships in the group, considering the different personalities of the students. I would think about implementing different strategies considering the problem presented and avoiding the dropout of students.

In this module I learned how to work with different student profiles considering synchronous and asynchronous work. Nice tools.

In this module I learned that I must interact with students in a respectful and professional manner, with the purpose of guaranteeing that they are immersed in the learning process.

I have learned the elements that I should consider for online teaching and how to implement it with the materials I have to date. The course taught me to restructure some elements that needed to be strengthened.
