This course taught me the importance of planning your classes before hand and the effect that poor planning can have on your ability to teach students and the student's experience as well. 

I learned that not only is it important to be professional but it is also important to have a plan for development. You should always strive to improve your attitude and teaching style so the students can feel confident in the information that they are learning.
