When advising a student I will follow the advising steps. 

1. Exploration of life goals.
2. Exploration of vocational goals
3. Program choice
4. Course choice
5. Scheduling classes.

Will continue to listen to my students and implement active learning and listening. I will make sure they understand that I understand what they talking about.

I will Listen attentively to my students like they are customers. I will always treat students fairly and equal and communicate in the my students style.

Personal  Factors like attitudes, and problem solving skills are more easy to change.

Pretty much I learned to keep my composure at all times. 

I learned that as Instructor it is very important to make a good first impression. I will apply this by getting to the classroom early, Putting a brief lesson outline on the board, Providing a good overview of the lesson, and lastly by providing a brief and clear introduction of the lessons to be taught. 

Being an active listener is very important.

As an instructor soft skills are crucial because they directly influence the quality of teaching, student engagement, and classroom environment. They matter because as instructors we need to always  have effective communication, Empathy and Emotional Intelligence, Classroom Management, Collaboration, Motivation and Inspiration,  and adaptability.

It is important develop soft skills as a instructor. Developing problem solving skills is very important.

I learned that business development and sales are very important especially when it comes to communication, Resilience, Responsibility , Persuasion, and Confidence.
