This module made me understand that a test is only as effective as the material taught. You must know what it is that you're trying to measure when creating a test.

CATs activities can help bridge the gap in learning. A CAT activity can summarize learning so far, then any gaps can be addressed.

I have learned that oftentimes when a student is not asking a question, it is out of fear of responding incorrectly or just being shy in class. I also learned the Socratic Method form of asking questions helps foster learning on a higher level.

I've learned that, while it is important to be able to learn in a variety of styles, learners perform better on tests when the content is presented in their learning style. This could mean incorporating a variety of question styles to appeal to the different learners.
