Being prepared makes me feel so much better. I can "get through" a lesson by winging it, but I feel better, and I KNOW it is a better lesson when I prepare.

I like the concept of the reflection on each lesson taught. What was expected versus what actually happened. 

I think that I have made my slides too "cute" instead of focusing on content. 

Varying medium for showing instruction (not always PP slides)

I will reflect on how my lessons work out so that they can be altered in the future.

Always be flexible with your teaching instead of forcing the students to change their way of learning.
