Use humor, and mistakes are going to happen, learn from them!

First impressions are important, they set the tone for the session, and getting the students to engage will help them understand that they are all here for the same thing...... to learn.

I have learned that it is vital that you are in class on time and prepared for the day because it sets the tone for our class.

I have learned to lead by example and to always be respectful to the students and staff because the students are always watching how we act and respond to everyone.

Common sense is way more important than I realized
