I believe recognizing the different roles a WBL Coordinator plays is important to the success of any program.  I also believe being dedicated to the success of your students will translate in the success of your program.

I like understanding of the stakeholders and there importance to workbased learning program.  I believe recognizing how they will benefit a program will help a new program get started.

I like how worked based learning provides benefits to more then just the student.  You can see how other stakeholders benefit, parents, employers, educators, and of course students.

I like the concept of THINK.  I believe this is great concept to teach our students how to be responsible when using social media or any online content.  Great information.

I like the idea of having a large online presence so you have control of what can been seen first.  That is great information.

I love the outbound and inbound comparison and relationship to career marketing.  Great concept that can be extremely relatable to students.

I had not heard that Resumes could be replaced by professional social media pages such as linkedin, but after reading this I could see how this could happen.  I know people visit my pages on my professional media pages often.

I feel that highlighting the importance of good communication skills to your students is vital to their work and career success.  Building relationships and trust is important. Also having an internship to develop skills and show a potential employer what you can do is beneficial.

I like the idea of mock interviews and the sample questions that I can use in my classroom.  I have attempted this on a small scale or with guest speakers, but I feel that I should incorporate a larger activity with these questions.

I guess the changes and expections in cover letters and a Resume.  I did not realize that references should be listed always and also the importance of a targeted letter.
