Visual learning and hands on learning always was my choice of learning method but my student showed me everyone learns different this topic taught me all the different methods and how important demos are.

I remember my first class ironically i was not nervous I was so excited but i quickly learned setting expectations at the beginning of the course is crucial. my excited was too friendly and I found myself later trying to build respectful boundaries. 

Preparation is my middle name, so I thought lol. This topic really broke down a more detailed why to prepare, set goals, understanding objectives and knowing your audience. 

Great topic! I how important it is to know your path. As a new instructor I sometimes feel I'm all over the place, but this stuck out to me "Know your path" and develop a personal Professional development plan.

 Basic computer skills are no longer sufficient for the workplace. Encouraging classes and system experience, including computerized charting, helps students function effectively in modern work environments. Personal experience shows that taking classes to improve skills is beneficial for workplace abilities.

TEAMWORK MAKES THE DRAM WORK! True statement. I understand the importance of teamwork students are inspired and more confident as a team. This module is confirmation that as a team students can comprehend and retain information.

Feedback is crucial for a student's growth as it helps them understand their strengths and areas for improvement. Learning how to draft and proofread is also essential, as these skills enable students to communicate their ideas clearly and effectively.

This module confirms that writing aids students in retaining information. It also stimulates their creative thinking. Overall, writing is a valuable tool for enhancing learning and creativity.
