Gettting to know your students even from behind the computer screen can be difficult but it is necessary.

This was very useful information. The online coure structure, responsibilities, and expectations really will assist me in buidling and teaching an individual curriculum.

Its important not to simply use the same teaching style that you would for in person classroom. Teachers have to adapt to the new normal to ensure that the classes remain effective for the student learning experience. Teachers have to go an extra step in communication and ensure that the students understand the lessons at hand.

This is a new normal for everyone both teachers and students. Its important we reach kids and suceed in  providing the needed instruction. Having an open discussion with your students is key. They are the only ones able to give you what they want and/or need from your class. 

This section proves that information must be organized and consistent in the classroom. Consistency provides the students a clear understanding on the content being distributed. 

This was very informative for a new teacher. I learned there are many different teaching options and methods. Teachers have to find which  teaching style and method works best for their classroom. Finding the best teaching practices will assist in making your classes more productive as an educator but more importantly it makes learning more enjoyable for the student.
