I have learned that AI can be an invaluable tool in CTE fields if it is utilized correctly and effectively in order to maximize its capabilities and benefits.

I have learned that in order for AI to generate useful output, it must be given prompts that are specifically tailored to the intended task. I have also learned that AI can be a valuable partner in brainstorming and generating content.

AI is an important tool that can help save time and can, with the proper prompting, handle routine, repetitive tasks and can help with generating content in a collaborative way.

I have learned that building AI is like building a house; you need 3 things: instructions/blueprints (algorithm), raw materials (data), and computing power (construction crew). Using AI effectively and ethically involves 3 pillars: Conceptual Understanding (Head), Practical Application (hands), and Responsible Use (heart).

I have learned that AI is the wave of the future in all aspects of human life, and as an educator and lifelong learner, I need to learn how to harness and leverage this powerful and useful tool in a way that is ethical, responsible, accountable, and most importantly, student-centric.

Reinforced Learning, Transfer Learning, and Quantum Computing are advanced AI concepts that serve to enhance the capabilities and advancement of AI while optimizing the time and resources required.

I have learned that AI can be a valuable tool in Career and Technical Education, however it must not only be technically proficient, but ethically responsible and non-biased as well.

Advancements and breakthroughs in AI will revolutionize human civilization, however ironclad safeguards and protections must be built into it in order to prevent negative or undesirable outcomes that stem from such a powerful technology.

I learned that presenting and explaining to the students about the syllabus, informing them of how I am going to conduct the class, how I will be grading them, conducting icebreakers and assigning group work, and setting clear deadlines for assignments is are the factors that will lead to success in class management.

I learned that Emotional Intelligence should be regarded as a hard skill that helps instructors leverage their knowledge and expertise more effectively.
