I learned what steps and considerations I should take if I am a bystander to a sexual assault, harassment, etc. It is especially important that the victim/complainant is not pressured in any way to take any sort of action. I will take that into consideration if I ever find myself in that situation.

This module educated me on the proper steps to be taken when a complaint is made. I will keep these details in mind should I ever become involved with an investigation.

I learned about the extents and limitations of confidentiality in reporting. This information is valuable because it informs what information regarding an incident must be shared.

This module taught me how VAWA, Title IX, and the Clery Act relate to and differ from one another. This is important because if I were to experience or witness sexual discrimination, violence, or harassment I would now be able to identify which rules are being violated in particular.
