I've learned that I am doing quite a few key things well :) and that is gratifying. One area I need to work on is providing clear instructions. I have an anything is possible way of thinking and our school makeup requires last minute changes due to space limitations. I'm always looking for professional responses to criticism of factors beyond our control and differences in thinking that generate barriers to learning. I want to learn how to communicate clearly with students who think differently than I to prevent power struggles and to prevent losing student engagement.
