I’ve learned that delegation will not necessarily encourage productivity.

I've learned about subjective and objective test taking delivery methods.

I learned that utilizing CATs activity will assist in determining if students comprehend course material.  

I learned about us of the Socratic method of teaching. This method encourages students to explore answers to questions.

I learned about using interdisciplinary teams in engagement in teaching.

Completing this course has been a transformative experience in my journey as an educator. I’ve learned the importance of creating inclusive, student-centered learning environments that foster engagement and critical thinking. A key best practice I’ve embraced is integrating active learning strategies, such as collaborative group work and formative assessments, to empower students and address diverse learning needs.

I learned the importance of having 15–18-minute lecture blocks to keep students engaged.
