I agree that holistic approach allows students to gain a better understanding but often can be difficult to assess compared to standardized testing. Providing diverse learning methods ensures an inclusive and supportive learning environment. 

Students learn best in the language they understand. Language is a reflection of one's culture, not literacy. 

Use language that is inclusive to everyone. Don't make assumptions about what people should know. Be mindful of cultural backgrounds (i.e., language, food, place of origin, religion, etc.) when teaching students to create an inclusive environment in which everyone can learn comfortably. 

Respect each student's differences and don't make assumptions. Learning styles are different for each person
