The teaching tools and their effectiveness vary due to the teaching style of the instructor and the learning style of the student. Which tools work best must be evaluated by the instructor and then implemented appropriately.
Positivity is Powerful! If you believe you can do something and if you believe you can't do something, you are right! As educators we have to instill positivity into our students. You never know if they are receiving it anywhere else.
It is always important for a person to feel valued. Encouraging our students that they have the ability to succeed has to be part of the foundation of everything we teach!
As educators, we need to be the student's cheerleaders and encourage them to succeed! The more successful the student is then the more successful the college is!
Positivity is Powerful!! Engage with the students, let them know that as difficult as it may seem right now, the outcome will be worth it. Always encourage and strengthen their resolve to improve and grow.

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals.
