Identifying the classes neurological learning preferences and accommodating the breadth of the styles ensures retention!  This is wonderful, and I know it works.  Everyone learns a little differently - and wisdom is applied experience.  Without experience through demonstrating and letting them try it is just knowledge, which is weak in the field. 

There is no substitute for a first impression!  Let them know where we're going, and the adventures ahead.  No matter how weird it gets, we're going to succeed together!

When we're planning a road trip to the horizons of our future - let's first make sure we know if we're driving a large vehicle with a manual transmission, and potential inclement weather - and in such events, how to navigate such eventualities!  A lesson plan, syllabus, goals, objectives, and all this is like an atlas before we get to understand what vehicles we're using to traverse what landmarks! 

How will we know when we're on the right track, and how will we be confident we've got this covered?  This is exciting stuff, and it's way less intimidating and stressful… >>>

Finding your voice as an instructor is an exciting endeavor, as it's our opportunity be the difference that makes a difference!  I always knew I would have an opportunity to end mediocrity, but this is a great way to capitalize on my strengths, and influence the next wave of professionals to shine.  For the last decade and a half, my instructors' ideas would float through my challenges - so now I can draw upon the community of leaders, and set the tone for the years ahead for the students.
