Good Information on Consumer Act

It is better to have the fact sheets with accurate information, in order to avaoid any misconceptions.

No question, operating ethically throughout the enrollment process is a must.

Our focus as administrators should be on setting up a culture of truth and honesty. People should be able to discuss their reservations about any process and procedure they are not comfortable with and the Mangement should address those concerns. We should be forthright in providing correct information tpo the students.

Good information on progression and refund policies was provided

The application process is good to know for non-accredited schools. 

I have been able to refresh my knowledge about qualifications for a representative, and the instructor. The application process for these positions was helpful as well.
