Students have preferences for how they receive new information. The more knowledge you have of what these are, the better you will be able to plan your instructional delivery.

Each generation has an advantage and disadvantage when it comes to their learning skills. Instructors must be able to identify the struggle each student shows and use their generation to figure out the best teaching strategy.

So we should try our best to give them the same opportunities when it comes to education.

Accountability, we must hold our students accountable. If we set the rules/expectations to follow then we must make sure our students do them. If they think it's ok to not do it then that allows them to slack off.
