I liked this course. It reinforced good methods of prioritizing tasks and eliminating stressors in both home and work life. I too am going to pass these strategies on to my students.

My current class has students ranging in age from 19 up to 40+. I find the information in this course helpful and it gave me some ideas on how to motivate all of them, not just the younger ones or the "older" (term used loosely) group.

Same here, Bill. We have certain normal values that are used by the entity that administers our board exam, and often times the values in the text or on the internet are slightly different. I have to remind them that the board values are the ones they need to know now. It can be confusing to the students, but I think that if we as instructors keep reminding them of this then they will be successful.
