These are great ideas-and yes not all ideas will work-but we can also try other ideas using these as a springboard to assit with learning for students.

I like all these ideas though some are not doable due to number of patients, etc. Though I will definitely always use the staff surprises at post-conference.

It is important to ensure all documentation is completed so determine if the internship met the goals and objectives and to also make any changes for future interns if needed.

If done correctly and thoughtfully internships can teach the student many professional behaviors.

Internships are a valuable tool for students in determining career paths.
