Within this module, I was able to learn more of the traits and qualities of both leadership and management skills.

Leaders and managers play essential roles within any organization. While their tasks and responsibilities differ, they complement one another to support overall success.
 

 
 

I found it interesting but not surprising to read through the myths. One I found to be especially interesting is the one that states 50% of employees leave their job because they have a bad manager.

I learned that it's important to ask for help with classes or strategies when you are unsure. Preparing ahead of time for class will make you feel more confident going into teaching any topic.

I learned that monitoring the student's behavior will allow and assist with resolving a concern or issue before it even occurs. We need to be mindful, but ensure the regulations.

I learned some key indicators and gained knowledge on how to assist all students in the classroom.

I learned that you need to set up a syllabus with clear instructions so that the students know the expectations.

Instructional analytics helps manage online classes by allowing real-time tracking, early support, and flexible teaching strategies.

An effective assessment of faculty performance requires a combination of quantitative and qualitative metrics.

Clarifying how policies support accreditation compliance helps faculty understand key areas of focus.
