About me


Organizationl culture is important to enhance the community of students.  It leaves a lasting impression. 


Having a positive attitude and focusing on the work is great.  We must also ensure that we connect with students. 


Students are customers paying for education, that is important to remember regarding retention. 


Its important for us to never forget that a simple hello and a few questions such as how are things going helps student students to feel connected. 

I have a much better understanding of the Clery Action, Vawa, and Title 9. 


Hi Everyone,

The model, mentor, and monitor model really stood out to me.  Also, I have had discussions in the past regarding how to help faculty embrace the concept of the student as a customer (client).  I found the training to be very helpful with regards to this aspect.
