Patience with students should always be applied

I have learned what type of instructor I want to be and am.

During evaluating students mastery of the course keep in mind the students ability to know, understand, and apply the key facts. 

Allowing time after asking a question is something that I personally have to work on and be more interactive at times.

This course has made me more aware of how to use technology and to strucure the classroom to students who, solely, rely on technology.

By actively engageing the Student At the begining of Class and providing them with a positive attitude   

having clear policies about grades attendance and extra credit 

Divide the class into groups and have them work on case studies.
