Students need to realize thast on-line classes require as much or more time as a traditional course to complete. Also they must learn to manage thier time effectively while taking an onlin class.

Communication and collaborlation are important to on line learning.  

I learned that student engagement is vital to a sucessful online course.  Also tht effective communication is very necessary  to a positve outcome for the students taking the couse.

I have learned that good communicqation between myself and my students is essencial to an online course.  Also ther code of conduct section was very informative. 

Make use of the differnet technology tools that are available as well as using the correct tool for the type of students and class that you are teaching.

The information concerning delivery methods, how to modify course contents I found most useful.

This section gave good information on feedback and facilitating during a course.  Also how to evaluate my online courses to make them better.

I learned the advantages and disadvantages of sychronous and asynchronous methods of delivery.  I will use these delivery methods in developing as well as using these methods to better assist my students lerarning.

The information on the technology tools was very useful to me.  Gives more ways to organize my course which will help students and myself as well.

I have learned ways to post evaluate my on line courses and make them better.  I learned that is requires different sources such as students, other educators as wello as reviewing the curriculm.
