Develop a plan  of content continuing education that will enhance my knowledge base

Permission from the student prior to posting socially even if it is an agreed upon assignment. 

It is necessary to have the training to understand how extensive the protections afforded by FERPA are. If this training were provided in all institutions, there may be a better respect for student privacy.

I did not know that post education, a students records may not be protected yet there are such rigid guidelines while the student is in a program of study.
