Disabilities come in different forms and each needs to be handled in their own way. Making sure the institution is using every resource they have to support any student with any type of disability. Also getting to know the student personally and what they require, not just to group the individual with the next. An equal learning experience is the motive to help those succeed. 

Students with disabilities have the right to have accommodations given when necessary. Certain laws are put in place to ensure equality is practiced. Though certain accommodations have to be accepted and students will have the same consequences as others. 

To help guide the students with positive and responsible conduct. Making sure we have accountability to sustain the culture of compliance so the students can have a successful journey within the institution. Showing passion with the student and with the institution, keeping trust as the foundation. 

Never do or say the wrong things to the student, there can be consequences. Students can take further action towards the institution and towards themselves when given incorrect information. Betrayal can cause many problems, so trust and accuracy will keep the student and institution on track of pursuing their goals.   

Stating facts and having knowledge about the institution will help stay away from misrepresentation. Giving a prospect student incorrect information can lead to substantial misrepresentation. All while keeping competitive integrity about competing schools. Information needs to be accurate and precise to the recipient, showing trust and correct leading.  

Misrepresentation can be considered substantial. When representing there needs to be factual evidence to support the institution. An opinion can be used as long as facts are presented during the discussion. 

Disclosures are what need to be factual and must be provided, and as a representative, statements need to be accurate and up to date when speaking with students. Knowing the catalogs and enrollment agreements is a plus when communicating with the students. Using the information provided will help ensure the student being helped will have a clear understanding and will be guided in the correct way to gain trust and fulfill the mission. 

Without the Triad the institution would not be able to function. The US Department of Education gives eligibility for Title IV funding for the students. Institutional Accreditors focus on 2 different platforms regional and national; regional giving the minimum earning credits and degrees set by the school's standards. The national focuses on the outcome of the students desiring employment. In this case, completion rates, graduate placement rates, and funding and payback options are more focused based. To understand culture compliance is to understand the foundation of the importance of the students. To give information with staying in the company's guidelines to ensure our students are receiving the most accurate and informative help needed. To be open and honest, and gain trust from the start to guide students on their ongoing education. I plan on using the proper guidelines to help each student thrive and accomplish their mission as well as sticking to our own mission.
