FERPA compliance is important to learn

FERPA education is important in keeping students information and records protected. Faculty staff has to be cautious in giving away information and if unsure we have to direct  them to proper channels.

Showing genuine concern and interest for students to learn and apply  in real world situation as professional that shows care and kindness to their patients/ clients

Be creative in keeping the students attention....encourage to participate and be observant of the mood in the learning setting

Creating an environment for learning with real life experience, engaging the students to share and participate actively.

Understanding the uniqueness of each student and learning the career goals and reasons.
