I learned how important it is to learn all the programs offered as well as the student services offered at the campus. Its also important to understand what is being marketed and advertised in regard to the institution. 

Follow the admissions guidelines that have been laid out by the institution at all times. 

Admissions needs to stay organized and keep up with rules and regulations at all times. 

Always be transparent. There are also check and balances. 

Don't speak about competitors- highlight your own institution benefits. Always keep the highest standards. 

Always give proper information and to never mislead a student. 

Follow rules, be honest, and have integrity even when nobody is watching.
