Leadership and critical thinking are two soft skills I plan on taking into the classroom space. 

The soft skills are complimentary and all needed in the classroom environment. 

Team work and collaboration is important to student success and instructor satisfaction. 

Soft skills are very important skills for educators. 

Doing the right thing poorly is a pathway to doing the right thing well. 

If given an opportunity to cheat, students will cheat. 

Ambiguity is interpreted negatively.
