upgrading course materials to include boxes and such will be an easy adjustment, also encouraging the students to self advocate is something to encourage more often

I appreciate the points about remembering names, sometimes has been a weakness of mine with large classes and multiple schools starting at the same time. Also hearing that it is normal to feel a little anxiety before the first class is something i needed to hear, I didn't realize it was shared amongst all of us.

I have found myself rounding up equipment several times during the period of greeting students on many occasions, or also being kicked out of canvas and needing to reset a password last minute, i will be aware of how that reflects on students optics, the A,B,C,D points to evaluate goals is great and will use that in the future

it was a good point for me to consider encouraging the students to continue learning and applying outside of classroom, obvious but often overlooked
