Very important to pre-test prior to planning your lessons.

It is very important to have clear policies for grading.

Having more than one plan is essential.  Making sure you are keeping track of the time and know when you need to shift the timing of your activities. 

Thought it was a great statistic: Student will retain 60 to 80 percent of new material if they get to use at lease 2 of their senses in the learning process.  I will reflect on my lessons with this fact in mind.

I think it's really important to be able to relfect on your classes and be flexible to make changes to fit your students.
