I learned that motivating students requires understanding what motivates each individual learner and using reinforcement that supports their success. I will apply this by showing enthusiasm for the HVAC field, recognizing students' progress, providing positive encouragement, and helping students connect what they are learning to their career goals.

I learned that keeping the focus on students requires understanding their individual needs and recognizing that students may learn in different ways. I will apply this by using a variety of instructional methods, building trust and mutual respect, and creating an environment where students feel valued and supported. This will help keep students engaged and give them a better opprortunity to succeed. 

I learned that students' retention depends heavily on creating a supportive and positive learning environment. As an instructor, I will apply this by being fair and consistent, showing enthusiasm for what I teach, recognizing students' progress, and providing encouragement when they struggle. My goal is to help students stay motivated, engaged, and focused on successfully completing their training. 

I learned the understanding each student's individual needs, experiences, and learning styles is important to their success. As an instructor, I plan to apply this by connecting lessons to student's real world experiences, providing encouragement and support when needed, and adjusting my teaching approach to help each student understand the material and succeed.
