I learned that there are so different options for students with learning disabilities. We need to use our resources.

That anyone can have a learning disability and that does not mean you are not smart.

That some people learn differently and have different struggles. You have to be patient with them and offer solutions and tips to help.

So far this module has helped learn about so many different learning disabilities. I didn't even know that many of them exhisted.

I think students that enroll late should be assigned a student ambassador to help make them feel comfortable and welcome.

I love having the faculty involved with orientation. It gives the student additional faces to look for if they are lost are need help.

Building creditability with students is very important it helps students get a more positive feel about the school.

The value always needs to be higher than the cost associated with staying in school. Always look at the BIG picture and what the outcome of staying in will do for you in the end!

I do love working in teams/ or groups. I love feeding off the different people and boucning around ideas and sharing feedback. 

Teamwork is working together and sharing all the responsibilties to get the job done.
