i feel that some standardize testing can be graded on a scale which then leads me to think that they don't get a clear view of what your class has learned. how can these kinds of test grade the students taking them evenly?

What do u think can be done to assist in informing adults about the fact that its never to late to gain an education? because for some they talk themselves out of the thought of more schooling.
