I love the facilatator type of teaching.  I strive to facilitate my students.  Sometimes it is difficult when it is the first time they have seen a concept.  So I like how this module discussed the teacher facilitating the first several weeks until a foundation has been built then letting the students facilitate.

Its imperative that an online instructor be organized and make sure students understand what is expected of them.

Online learning can be difficult for a student and the teacher alike.  I believe using different online tools will help in the learning process.  Keep students eganged and excited to learn content.  I learned several new online tools that I didn't think of using before.
