This statement is a stress inciting statement for me, as nothing results from it. As I see the business disolving in front of me, getting yelled at from various people not being able to give true to fact answers to reduce the level of stress on both sides. Leaving you with the only answer that they gave you "We are Working on it". Maybe this statement should be listed as the start of the stress cycle in the workplace.

I Just Completed E 104

It gave me some new ideas to deal with student types. I already practice many of the concepts taught, but it was a great refresher. Loved reading some of the threads as everyone brought different perspectives to the table. Very Informative.

Who is right

I too have had similar problems. Trying to explain to students that everything in the books that they read, does not always work for everyone as we all are remarkably different. Books should be used more as a baseline. I teach them that the concepts taught from books work but you need to look at different success markers with patients to see that maybe it isn't working for that specific patient and that maybe a concept from something similar will work better for them.
