I've learned that the students must feel they are invested in their learning. I'ts not just a course to score a great grade but to enhance their overall value.

I've learned that it may take extra effort on my part to assist and identify students that are struggling with the on-line course.

Closer attention to student participation is essesential. And staying ahead of the group watching for problems and issues that could cause a student to drop the course.

In this last section we learned the importance of establishing a person relationship with each student and to find out the needs that will help the student with this learning process. Be there and be present.

In an e-learning environment is is extremely important to know the formats for assisting students in their effort to learn. We, as the instructors must be familiar with all aspects of the learning system. Being informed and prepared is the best way to approach this environment.
