I have learned that respect and understanding and good care of people who has special needs (disable) are very important, because these kinds of people they will be very sensitive, so care must be the highest priority when dealing with them.
A accommodation chances given to disabled students to get their high education without discrimination is very important
to ensure that they can use their rights, to build safe and healthy society.
I learned that if the student is no longer student in the Insititute he or she has no protection by FERPA for the records, also if the student he is employee in the same institute he has no right to have access to his record, he must go through the normal Chamales.
It is important to understand FERPA because it will help to protect the students and the institute by understanding what should be released and what not.
It is very important to secure the record of the students and their privacy, also it is very important that the person who is involved with this record must be good chosen, and by the law of FERPA the student can have access to see his record and what have been said about him.
what i have learned from this course is that how to try to get the attention of the students and make them share their knowledge with their classmates and their teacher and keep them alert to pay attention to the concept and also telling what i had learned from my experience on aviation for more than 45 years and what i have been through which its real connected to the concept and how to upgrade my knowledge so i can reach to what and how they are thinking .
There are a bunch of ways that you can test the student understanding of not only through the test but during the actual work he do on the project also the types of questions he ask and the quality of performing the task ....
If the instructor has a good experience in his field, he can create good questions. and keep the class paying to his questions. and he can lead the students and let all of the students paying good attention to him and they share because he will create the environment needed.
It was a very interested subject especially to my field of study taught me how to keep the students paying attention and be very interested of what you are telling them by impeding the lecture with what stories you have experienced in your life career .
It is very important to give equal accommodation to the students with disability ,equal chances of accommodation to make their life easier.
