There are a bunch of ways that you can test the student understanding of not only through the test but during the actual work he do on the project also the types of questions he ask and the quality of performing the task ....

If the instructor has a good experience in his field, he can create good questions. and keep the class paying to his questions. and he can lead the students and let all of the students paying good attention to him and they share because he will create the environment needed.

It was a very interested subject especially  to  my field of study taught me how to keep the students paying attention and be very interested of what you are telling them by impeding the lecture with what stories you have experienced in your life career .   

It is very important to give equal accommodation to the students  with disability ,equal chances of accommodation to make their life easier.

Auditing is very important to get Beter understanding of what is the weak points that the other company have so they can correct the finding in the proper time to give Beter  service and improve the operation to pass all the default which it might be un visible to the operator.

Its really good information for every one to have clue what to do and how to act ,for all students and faculty. 

If we want to protect the campus we should get involved even if the incident has been reported to police to prevent that incident from been repeated ,and we should give more protection and support to the victim to help her going on and try to go over what she or he has been through.

Its great if i can put what i have learn in practical application i believe i will be good instructor if i will succeed to do so ,i will try my best to achieve that  Goal .
