This has caused me to look at my peers, how they present to the students, and how that correlates to class satisfaction. There is a perfect blend between professionalism and personalization.

Making students realize that this is THEIR class to learn from, and not just a class they have to take, is a way to enhance autonomy that the students appreciate.
I initially thought that my teaching style would end up being The Buddy, as I strive to make complicated topics fun. I realized that I am more of a Guide, and that reinforces my efforts to become a more effective instructor.
