Student learn at different pace and the IEP's and 504 plans are a big impact on student learning. 

I thought this was a great way to see where the students stand in a unit either daily or once a week. I will be using this moving forward also online discussions.

Boundries need to be made and that I can not mix personal life with my professional life.

Interesting to get a background and history of the CTE world. I know understand why Clusters are important.
