Something that works very well for me are lists so I plan to make checklists to help keep track/ontop of what I need to do instead of planning last minute

I think some things I will need to remember is that I'm human - its okay to make mistakes and I dont need to be too stuck up to still be professional.

Feedback is actually much harder to give when not in person, because you don't have body language, smiles, etc. to back up what you are saying. So, you have to take great care/put in a lot of thought to how you word your feedback to a student.

One of the things/tips I really liked was sending a message to individual students by the end of the first week. I feel like it just gives a personalized feeling and lets them know that you care about them as individuals.

Students can all react differently to online learning, so you, and the instructor should try your best to be present, supportive, and flexible with all avenues of the course. You should know/be able to do all of the things you expect your students to
