This module emphasized the significance of first impressions, introductions, clear communication, and empowering students. I will incorporate this into practice by developing clear and complete plans prior to first class meeting times through the syllabus and other activities.

This module informs instructors on the importance of planning and preparation to set yourself and your students up for success. I will start to look and learn for any and all opportunities to develop and improve these skills through colleagues and institutional resources and materials.

This module is informative on characteristics of successful instructors, how they develop and maintain skills, and utilize resources to maintain a student-first, safe and supportive learning environment.
