One of the biggest takeaways from this course has been the importance of intentional communication in building strong working alliances with students. While technology provides numerous ways to connect with learners, I have learned that the quality of those interactions often matters more than the quantity.

As an Esthetics Instructor, I have found that personalized communication, timely feedback, and genuine encouragement help students feel supported and engaged. I am especially interested in incorporating more proactive outreach, coaching-oriented feedback, and relationship-building messages that foster a sense of belonging and community.
