I learned that I need to vary my delivery of information and create more opportunities for student discussions.

I learned that coming early and reviewing the materials I plan to use is essential. I also learned that I have been lazy since I've been teaching the same class for a number of years. My choice of goals and objectives have basically been left up to the school, rather than what will be most effective for the students. I need to work at my craft more instead of just riding on my experience.

I learned that I need to keep up with new technology, techniques, and findings in my field. I also need to ensure that I am not delivering the same material over and over again for each class -what was very effective for previous classes may be out of date.
