Stephanie, Great point. We aren't in the learning process to do everything for them ( they will ask). We are to help them, guide them. I have at times called myself their tour guide. Michelle, Wow, you said so much! First, you are right that you as an instructor may not be a good fit with a student. It is what it is, you hope that you can adapt to each student. Adaption to the student can be done through feedback. Feedback should be both positive and negative. Great post. Dr. Kelly Wilkinson
