I must never cross the personal and professional boundary line and I must also ensure that the students know I won't give up on them.

If the students don't know how much I care, they won't care how much I know.  I intend to be more intentional about showing them both.

I intend to simplify.

I learned how to be more intentional about the way I talk to my students and that if I want to be effective, I must use extra mobility.
